Peter and the rest of the staff at Chuck’s garage are absolutely amazing. I took my car to a local oil change spot take five to get my oil changed and they drained my transmission fluid and damaged my vehicle. The staff over at Chuck’s garage has always been a great help when it comes to problems with the vehicle and I will highly recommend that anyone in the Killeen or Central Texas utilize the services at Chuck’s garage. Life savers for sure!!!🫡

I got told about this garage when I was getting an oil change. Chuck's let me know exactly what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. My car took a little longer than expected because they had to order parts to come in, but everything was taken care of. Everyone there is super nice and Peter was awesome and answered all my questions when I called to bug him about an update.

I had a great experience at Chuck's Garage! Jason and J.R. are friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. W.Kibble and C.Lamb completed the repairs on time, and my truck is running better then when I purchased it 12 years ago! Their pricing is great! I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It's realy nice to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service! Thank you!

Great place and great service! My husband and I took our Honda pilot in due to a check engine light and surging issues. It took them a day or so to figure out the cause and then they gave us an esitmate well within our budget to take care of it. The pilot was returned to us as if there was never a problem to begin with. Thank you so much!

My experience was one that resembled a nightmare. I take my car in to get my struts and spark plugs changed, just wanting to do some maintenance on my Porsche Panamera. I drop it off it rides good and everything is fine, all of a sudden they try to quote me days later with almost if not over 7k in front end work. That is aside from the 3100 I had spent already on the struts and spark plugs. !. Whoever worked on my car ended up getting fired, mind you they worked on my car outside, not even in a bay inside, could be a coincidence, but hey. My car bottomed out within a quarter mile, it rode worse than at any time I’ve had the vehicle, so I took it back. All of a sudden it’s, we ordered the wrong struts WTH! They then order the “right parts,”I go to pick up my car and it’s completely shot, I pick up my 9yr old and he notices how bad it is. They tell me bring it back, only to try and get me for more money, They literally screwed up my car to where I don’t feel comfortable driving it with my son. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their vehicle there, there was 0 accountability or willingness to fix their mistake, instead they tried to blame me for it, when it wasn’t messed up before the
